You Receive the Prescription

Your pharmacy's drug dispensing routine does not change. Once the order is complete, you will scan the bag so we know the item is ready for delivery.

Set Aside Prescriptions for Delivery

Our team will arrive during the morning or afternoon pick-up window to pick up all of the prescriptions that need to be delivered for the day.

Delivery

The items will be delivered to the customer's front door or in person (only if instructed) and you will see in our system that the item has been delivered.

Reporting & Payment

Each week you will receive a report of all deliveries made to customers and receive a monthly bill for each delivery that was made.
